Our BIKINI BLEND is our darkest roast! Blends from Indonesia and Central America makes this coffee smooth, bold, and flavorful with hints of unsweetened cocoa and berry fruitiness. It has winey, earthy, and herbaceous aromas. The sweet notes in the cup present brown sugar and molasses. A bit of smoky volcanic soil taste (toasted flavors) comes through with a nutty, well-rounded finish.

Great coffee I plan on getting another order soon
I live in Chicago. This is relevant because I order the coffee and have it shipped to me. That is how much I like it. I first had it in Austin Texas while visiting family and fell instantly in love with it. I purchased sever bags and brought them home but my family is no longer there and there is no HEB here. The coffee is rich ad flavorful and I get lots of compliments when I serve it!

MY NEW FAV COFFEE!!! this coffee is so good- my new favorite part of waking up in the morning. smooth & bold.
smooth but bold... just how I like it I've tried most of the coffees from blue island and they are all good, but I really love this bold blend. The bold blends at Starbucks and some other places are just too bitter / burnt tasting to me. This one tastes rich and dark but not burnt. Smooth is the best way I can describe it. And I feel the ZING right after the first cup. Found it at HEB but now buy it online.
Taste is pretty good, but it could be a little stronger for me.
I just tried the French Roast coffee today. It is very good. I still like the Dark roast the best though. The French Roast is pretty close to the Dark Roast. Smooth and very minor acidic taste. I prefer Dark Roast because I drink my coffee black with no sweetener. So smooth tasting no acid taste is what I like. Both Dark Roast and French Roast fit the bill. I do not care about higher caffeine content and I think Dark and French Roast have less caffeine but a much smoother taste in my opinion

Previous batches tasted better. I am uncertain what changed this time around, but the flavor profile was different and my wife was not a fan. I am hoping future orders restore the original flavor we absolutely loved!
Good coffee. Really liked the depth of the flavors. To be honest though it was not strong enough for my liking. Must be honest though, I was told this would be the outcome. I would definitely recommend for most people, great taste. I just prefer a much stronger coffee.
